Project Summary
KPM Franklin was contracted by Parkway Clermont Owner to provide land surveying and civil engineering services for the design, permitting and construction of the master infrastructure at Westfall Station on 54.4 acres in Clermont, Florida. The infrastructure includes a master stormwater pipe collection system with two retention ponds and two roadways with a roundabout connecting the multi-use development with Colonial Drive (SR 50) to the north and Magnolia Point Blvd. to the east.
The scope of work included ALTA/NSPS, tree location and aerial LiDAR topographic surveys, permitting assistance, construction documents, roadway and roundabout design, paving and grading, utility coordination, water and wastewater services, stormwater management and construction administration services.
