KPM Franklin was contracted by WMG Development to provide civil engineering and landscape architectural design services to develop a site for one retail building with patio areaon 4.54 acres in Clermont, Florida.

On-site improvements include asphalt parking lot with drive aisles, ADA parking and ramps, landscape and hardscape, dumpster pad and enclosure, concrete sidewalk and bike rack and other associated site infrastructure.

Civil engineering design included conceptual site layout plan, due diligence analysis, overall site plan, paving and grading plan, drainage plan, stormwater management plan, stormwater pollution prevention plan, landscape plan, City of Clermont pre-application meetings and site plan reviews, St. Johns River Water Management District modification letter, Florida Department of Environmental Protection permitting assistance and construction administration.
