KPM Franklin was contracted by Little to provide civil engineering design services for a second building at the School District of Osceola County’s NeoCity Academy on 5.34 acres in Kissimmee, Florida. The site design includes two additional lanes within the student drop off car loop, addition of 155 parking and four handicap parking spaces in the southwest lot, reconfiguration of the bus loop and parking spaces in the southwest lot, sidewalk connections, extension of the west access road and sidewalk with water and sewer connections.
The scope of work included civil engineering design, permitting assistance, construction documents, paving and grading, utility coordination, water and wastewater services, stormwater management and construction administration services.
