KPM Franklin has been contracted by Osceola County to provide a conceptual engineering master plan for parking and hardscape renovations in Osceola Heritage Park. Parking renovations include the replacement of an existing asphalt parking lot with a 60,000 square-foot concrete parking area to be used as a multi-use pad for special events at the Silver Spurs Arena. Other provided services include as-built surveys, topographic property surveys, locating subsurface utility designation markers, grading and stormwater facilities design, right of way improvements and utility improvements. The master plan includes approximate size and proposed number of buildings, support features and vehicular and pedestrian circulation network with road improvements and proposed sidewalks.
