Partin Settlement Road Widening and Reconstruction

KPM Franklin is proud to be on a team providing professional engineering and surveying services to develop construction plans for widening 2.7 miles of Partin Settlement Road in Osceola County. KPM Franklin will provide drainage design and survey support for the proposed four-lane divided roadway project. KPM Franklin is on a team led by Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc., a planning, design and construction phase consulting services company with offices in 13 states.
