KPM Franklin was contracted by Birdsong Housing Partners to provide land surveying, civil engineering and landscape architecture services for this 30.02-acre site located in Kissimmee, FL. The site includes 16 residential buildings with 354 units with a clubhouse, pool and dog park.
This project required offsite improvements including a driveway onto Poinciana Blvd, extension of a gravity sewer to a lift station and stormwater ponds.
