KPM Franklin was contracted by American Land Development to provide land surveying and civil engineering services to develop Canoe Creek Reserve, a single family residential project on 348.9 acres in St. Cloud, Florida. The master site plan includes 733 lots for single family homes, with 406 to be built by Taylor Morrison and 327 to be built by KB Homes. The project is in final stages of design.

The scope of work includes providing platting and ALTA/NSPS surveys, permitting assistance, concept planning, civil engineering design, landscape architecture design and construction administration services. Construction documents include master site plan, master drainage plan, mass grading and paving plan, master utility plan and master stormwater pollution prevention plan.
