Site Development Project Completed for Harvest Health & Recreation

KPM Franklin has completed a site development project in Kissimmee for Harvest Health & Recreation, which is utilizing a temporary commercial retail modular unit until free-standing, multi-tenant commercial buildings are built.

KPM Franklin provided civil engineering, planning, landscape architecture and survey services, including permitting through seven local government agencies.

KPM Franklin prepared site development plans for a modular building and required infrastructure, including a parking lot, dry storm water detention pond, dumpster enclosure, lift station design and extension of potable water and reclaimed water mains.
