KPM Franklin has been contracted by Ecoplexus to provide civil engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture and permitting services for the construction of photovoltaic solar renewable energy facilities in Florida, one in Columbia County and the other in Polk County. The project area is currently at various stages of development. KPM Franklin was contracted because of its proven civil engineering and land surveying expertise, experience with layout and grading necessary for constructing a solar renewable energy facility and understanding of local, state and federal entitlement processes.

Scope of work included ALTA/NSPS survey map preparation, topographic surveys, local permitting, state stormwater permitting, landscape design, flood plain analysis and FEMA permitting
