Toho Water Authority Administration Building Site Development

Project Summary

KPM Franklin partnered with KMF Architects to form a joint venture, Franklin Design, that provided architectural and civil engineering services for the construction of the Toho Water Authority’s administration building completed in 2010. The building is a 54,000 square-foot architectural tilt wall and curtain wall complex on 4.3 acres which received LEED® Gold Certification upon completion.

In 2017, Franklin Design provided architectural and civil engineering services to complete a fourth floor build out and modifications to convert several offices into a conference room. Additional services for this project included stormwater drainage, utilities and permitting assistance.

Scope of work included site development, construction plans and permitting assistance.
