Trailwinds Village is a multiuse development on 165 acres in the heart of The Villages in Wildwood. KPM Franklin provided landscape architecture services for the Wilds multifamily residential community, Legacy Lifestyles assisted care facility, Ocala Health medical building and retail properties including Starbucks, Aldi and Spectrum. 

We provided landscape architecture services for single-story building and 9.7 acres site of the Publix supermarket. We also provided civil engineering and landscape architecture design services for the ABC Fine Wine & Spirits retail site.
