KPM Franklin was contracted by CKE Group to provide land surveying, civil engineering and landscape architecture design services for the Wendys restaurant location on 1.5 acres at Westfall Station in Clermont, Florida.

The scope of work included an ALTA/NSPS survey, civil engineering design, permitting assistance, construction documents, paving and grading, parking, landscape and irrigation design, utility coordination, water and wastewater services, stormwater management and construction administration services.
