KPM Franklin was contracted by CKE Group to provide land surveying, civil engineering and landscape architecture design services for the Wendys restaurant location on 1.5 acres at Westfall Station in Clermont, Florida.

The scope of work included an ALTA/NSPS survey, civil engineering design, permitting assistance, construction documents, paving and grading, parking and drive thru, drainage plan, water and sewer plan, stormwater pollution prevention plan, landscape architectural design plan, Lake County and Florida Department of Environmental Protection pre-application meetings and permitting assistance, City of Clermont joint planning area review, St. Johns River Water Management District modification letter, FEMA water and wastewater permitting assistance and construction administration.
