KPM Franklin was contracted by David Weekley Homes to provide land surveying, civil engineering and landscape architecture services for Astera Townhomes by David Weekley Homes, a 50-unit single family residential project on 8.02 acres in Seminole County, Florida. This site is part of the Lake Mary Wellness and Technology Park.
Scope of work included included platting and ALTA/NSPS and topographic surveys, permitting assistance, PUD amendment, construction documents, paving and grading, surface parking, landscape and irrigation design, utility coordination, water and wastewater services, stormwater management and construction administration services.
