KPM Franklin’s Robby Moon, CEO, helped the UCF College of Engineering & Computer Science celebrate Engineers Week 2026 by participating in a Fireside Chat yesterday on campus moderated by Dr. Kevin Mackie, professor and chair of UCF’s Department of Civil, Environmental and Construction Engineering.
Robby compared the role of a civil engineer on a project team to that of a quarterback on a football team. Civil engineers lead the team and successfully deliver results by working across all phases of the project while interacting with architects, geospatial & land surveyors, planners and other engineering disciplines, including environmental, geotechnical, structural, subsurface utility and mechanical/electrical/plumbing.
KPM Franklin is honored to participate in this and other events that are part of our UCF CECE Corporate Alliance Program sponsorship.
