KPM Franklin was contracted by WMG Development to provide civil engineering and landscape architectural design services for the development of the Dental Care at Cascades medical office building site in Haines City, Florida.

On-site improvements include asphalt parking lot with drive aisles, dry retention pond, driveway entrances, dumpster pad and enclosure, transformer pad, concrete sidewalks, ADA ramps, fire hydrant assembly and other associated site infrastructure.

The civil engineering design scope of work included preliminary design and planning, construction documents, stormwater management plan, site photometric plans, offsite design, permitting assistance and construction phase services. Landscape architectural design scope included landscape plan and planting schedule.
