KPM Franklin was contracted by WMG Development to provide civil engineering and landscape architectural design services to develop a site for a Dutch Bros Coffee drive-thru restaurant location for on 1.16 acres in the Tomoka Village retail center in Daytona Beach, Florida.
Site improvements include drainage connections to an existent drainage pond, parking lot with drive aisles, dumpster pad and enclosure, two drive-thru lanes, sidewalk connections and patio space.
The civil engineering design scope of work includes permitting assistance, construction documents, overall site plan, paving and grading, utility coordination, stormwater management, storm water pollution prevention and project management. Landscape architectural design services include landscape plan, planting schedule and specifications.
