KPM Franklin was contracted by WMG Development to provide civil engineering and landscape architectural design services to develop a site for the Plaza Collina medical office building in Clermont, Florida.

On-site improvements include asphalt parking lot with drive aisles, driveway entrances on State Road 50 and Collina Terrace, dumpster pad and enclosure, bike rack, concrete sidewalks, ADA ramps and other associated site infrastructure.

The civil engineering design scope of work includes permitting assistance, construction documents, paving and grading, utility coordination, stormwater management and project management. Landscape architectural design services include landscape plan, planting schedule and specifications.
