KPM Franklin provided civil engineering, landscape architecture and surveying and mapping services to Lennar Homes for the development of the Storey Lake Resort community in Kissimmee.

The 648-acre site includes 1,131 single-family homes, 1,219 townhomes and 438 multi-family residential units. Resort amenities include a clubhouse, pool, splash pad and lazy river. KPM Franklin provided site design plans for roadway, parking, drainage and utility infrastructure. KPM Franklin also designed a roundabout, the extension of Natures Ridge Drive and the Storey Lake Boulevard and US 192 intersection.

KPM Franklin surveying services included boundary, topographic, staking, as-built, platting of the entire area and plot plans for single-family homes.
